Mark graduated in 1991 with Honors in English and later in 1994 with an MSC in Sports Therapy. He has recently completed a PhD in Integrative Medicine.Mark began suffering Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 2002 with associated trigger point pain following an exposure to a viral infection or chemical exposure of unknown etiology or origin, but most likely a retrovirus such as Epstein Barr.
The techniques were developed based on a series of therapies developed from Holistic and Integrative medicine, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Physiotherapy, The Alexander Technique, Osteopathy, Environmental Medicine and various other protocols commonly used in general practice and sports therapy are incorporated.
Mark is married to Christine with a beautiful baby girl Rosie.
Mark lives in Rochester, New York.
